The Behavioral Health Center is an outpatient treatment facility that provides a full-range of behavioral and mental health services to adults and adolescents. Our integrated approach to treatment addresses the needs of the whole person by considering all aspects of a patient’s physical and emotional health.

Tisha Kelly-Brown MSN, CRNP, BC

Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Tisha Kelly-Brown joined Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers’ Behavioral Health Center in Honesdale in June of 2011. Originally from New York, Kelly-Brown comes to the Community Health Centers from the Pennsylvania State Prison System, where she had been working since 2007. Kelly-Brown's prior experience includes employment at the Lehigh Valley Hospital and Holcomb Behavioral Health Services in the Easton, Pennyslvania area.

Kelly-Brown earned her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She graduated from the Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program.

Kelly-Brown joins Hilary Cousins, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Behavioral Health Center.

WMCHC welcomes Ms. Kelly-Brown and looks forward to a positive working relationship for the benefit of both WMCHC patients and the community at large.
