Living Well With Diabetes- copy

“Living Well with Diabetes” is a comprehensive course conducted by a Certified Diabetes Educator. Classes cover basics, menu planning, label reading, preventing problems, glucose monitoring, exercise benefits. This first session January 20th will cover Basic Understanding of Diabetes and Medications as well as Lows and Highs of Diabetes Session 2: January 27th covers the role of food in Diabetes care, menu planning and label reading Session 3: February 3rd covers the benefits of exercise, preventing problems, glucose monitoring and good care from head to toe.
