James Pettinato, BSN, MHSA, CCRN-K

Chief Executive Officer Wayne Memorial Health System

James has 40 years of experience in various healthcare settings, ranging from pre-hospital EMS to acute and home care services. He has fulfilled various levels of management in these settings, primarily at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale and Community Medical Center in Scranton, while maintaining his clinical skills, working closely with front-line staff. In January of 2022, Jim was promoted to CEO at Wayne Memorial after serving as the Director of Patient Care Services for 11 years. During that time, Jim had overall responsibility for operations and budgeting for all nursing, pharmacy, case management, social work, home care and hospice, performance improvement and utilization departments. As the clinical leader on the administrative team, Jim played a key role in WMH becoming one of the first 5 hospitals in PA to join the PA Rural Health Model and served on the Board of the Rural Health Redesign Center Authority. Additionally, Jim serves on the Rural Health Care Committee for the American Hospital Association. He is actively involved in community efforts. Jim continues to serve with Cottage Ambulance, based in his hometown of Carbondale, and sits on the Board of Directors for Northeastern Regional EMS Agency, Board member for WEDCO. In addition to his administrative role, Jim remains active in clinical care and maintains his certificate as Critical Care Registered Nurse and Pre-Hospital RN. He is proud to work in healthcare and to continue to serve his community.

Patricia Dunsinger

Chief Financial Officer of Wayne Memorial Health System

Patty began her Wayne Memorial journey as Chief Accountant (reporting directly to the CFO) in 1997. She has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2019, overseeing the financial operations of all Wayne Memorial Health System entities, both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Patty is responsible for reporting all entities’ financial reports to the board of directors, as well as managing the oversight of finance, revenue cycle and third-party reimbursements. She is a lifelong area resident and a graduate of King’s College, holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Patty is actively involved in the community, serving on various local boards, including Wayne County Public Library, Keystone ACO, HMS Board and CHART SAC Committee. She also maintains membership in professional organizations, including Healthcare Financial Management Association and Institute of Management Accountants. Her dedication was highlighted when she was recognized as one of the Top 25 Women in Business by the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal in March 2022.

Chandra Roberts, BSN, RN, MHA

Chief Nursing and Patient Care Services Officer for Wayne Memorial Health System

Chandra shares 25 years of acute care experience in Emergency, Critical Care, Nursing Education and Nursing Management. She obtained her Master’s degree in Health Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Chandra oversees Inpatient and Outpatient nursing departments, Case Management, Pharmacy services, Social Services, Nursing Education and Quality/ Performance Improvement programs for Wayne Memorial Hospital. During her tenure Chandra has successfully opened and managed a newly constructed 50-bed patient care wing, COVID unit, dialysis program, and currently is working to expand Operative and Anesthesia Services for the hospital. Outside of work, she is involved in various community organizations and serves on several boards.

Tim Huber

Chief of Facilities of Wayne Memorial Health System

Tim began his career at Wayne Memorial Hospital in 2000 as a Biomedical Technician and worked his way up through the facility service ranks, ultimately becoming Chief in 2021. He holds the American Hospital Association’s Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credential and has also earned his Building Operator Certification through the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council. In addition to his hospital responsibilities, Tim is heavily involved with Emergency Services, bringing over 31 years of experience as a certified Pennsylvania Firefighter and EMT. His extensive background in both healthcare and emergency services underscores his dedication to the safety and well-being of the community. Tim’s leadership and commitment to excellence continue to make a significant impact at Wayne Memorial.

Bridget Revello-Slezak, MHA

Chief of Physician Services at Wayne Memorial Hospital

Bridget joined Wayne Memorial Hospital in 2025. In this role, she leads physician operations and strategic initiatives to strengthen patient access, quality, and provider collaboration across clinical service lines. She brings extensive experience in multi-specialty physician practice leadership, having led large provider networks, expanded service lines, and implemented operational and financial improvements that enhanced both patient and provider satisfaction as well as organizational performance. Bridget is known for her collaborative, solutions-focused approach and her commitment to community-centered care. She holds a Master of Health Sciences in Healthcare Administration from Trident University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology from Frostburg State University. She is an active member of Medical Group Management Association and American College of Healthcare Executives, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and leadership in healthcare. A native to western Pennsylvania, Bridget and her family now reside in Lake Ariel, PA, where her firsthand understanding of rural communities fuels her passion for improving healthcare access and strengthening local health systems.

Nitin Agarwal

Chief Information Officer at Wayne Memorial Hospital

With more than 14 years of experience in healthcare IT, Nitin brings deep expertise in Epic EHR systems, digital transformation, artificial intelligence integration, ERP strategy, cybersecurity, and large-scale system optimization. He is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with organizational priorities to enhance patient care, strengthen operational performance, and support long-term strategic growth. Prior to joining WMH, Nitin led complex implementations across multiple health systems, overseeing full Epic ecosystems, AI-powered tools such as ambient documentation and virtual agents, enterprise ERP evaluations and integrations, supply chain automation initiatives, and HR/payroll system modernization. His leadership has consistently driven measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and user adoption across clinical and business operations. A graduate of Rutgers University–Newark with a degree in Business Management, Nitin holds multiple Epic certifications across clinical, revenue cycle, CRM, and population health platforms. He is passionate about fostering innovation in healthcare technology and building collaborative teams that deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions. Nitin is excited to be part of the Wayne Memorial Hospital team and is committed to advancing secure, efficient, and patient centered technology that supports the hospital’s mission and the community.

Cathy Mignone, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Chief Human Resources Officer at Wayne Memorial Health System

Cathy brings a wealth of experience from her previous HR Leadership roles at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, Northwell Health, and the financial services industry. Cathy serves as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving employee engagement and is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture aligned to the Mission, Vision and Values. Cathy has successfully managed teams, lead employee development programs, and streamlined HR processes for both hospital and physician practices to enhance operational efficiency. Her experience includes significant achievements in talent acquisition and retention, as well as navigating complex employee and labor relations matters. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from CUNY-Queens College and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from SUNY-Stony Brook University. She attained the HR certifications of SHRM-SCP and SPHR and is a certified trainer of Emotional Intelligence.

Sara Adornato

Chief Executive Officer, Barnes-Kasson Hospital

Sara has served as the CEO of Barnes-Kasson Hospital since January 2012. In this role, she oversees the operations of the Critical Access Hospital, Skilled Nursing Facility, and four Rural Health Clinics, working closely with the volunteer Board of Directors and the hospital’s 200 employees to navigate today’s regulatory healthcare environment.
Sara’s journey with Barnes-Kasson began in 1999 when she started in the Medical Records department. She later held roles in Human Resources and the Executive Office, focusing on policy development, personnel issues, and physician credentialing. After attending law school and working as a legal clerk, she returned to Barnes-Kasson in 2005 as Financial and Administrative Director and was appointed Acting CEO in May 2011. Outside of BKH, she is involved in various community organizations and serves the community on multiple boards.

Kelli Kane

Chief Financial Officer of Barnes-Kasson Hospital

Kelli has worked as an accountant at Barnes-Kasson Hospital since 2008 where with her astuteness and perseverance, she quickly moved into a supervisory position that led to her current position. Kelli oversees all of the accounting and financial aspects of the hospital by utilizing her education and knowledge of Healthcare Accounting, Finance and Business. Kelli knows that she has the ability to have an effect on diverse and complex situations in all financial aspects essential to the hospital operations. Kelli has supported the administrative staff and the volunteer community-based Board of Directors in the mission of continuing to provide value-based healthcare to a rural community. Kelli holds a master’s degree in accounting from Keystone College where she graduated Suma Cum Laud. During her college experience, Kelli obtained a grade point average of 4.0 through Undergraduate and Graduate schools. She was also the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Treasurer for one year during her initial years of her college education. During her undergraduate program she was selected to participate in an Entrepreneurship Training Program where she and her team were awarded second place for this intercollegiate competition. When she is not managing the finances at Barnes Kasson, Kelli can be found volunteering her accounting expertise as Treasurer and/or Accountant for several small non-profit organizations. She also sings with her church choir and performs with her husband and one of her two adult sons in a local band playing the bass guitar and singing.
