Wayne Memorial is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable environment. Our staff follows a set of Service Excellence Standards developed in 2007 to raise the bar of customer service.

Our patients are randomly surveyed for service satisfaction by Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc., an independent research company. This company also provides statistics that compare us to other hospitals of similar size in both the country and the state of Pennsylvania. We receive quarterly reports for our Inpatient, Outpatient, and Ambulatory (Same Day Surgery) units.
