WMCHC’s Rebecca Lalley Receives Innovation Award at State Level

(Honesdale, PA – October 21, 2025) – Rebecca Lalley, LPN, clinical coordinator / office supervisor, at the Honesdale Family Health Center received the 2025 Innovation Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC). The Awards for Primary Care Excellence (APEX) ceremony was held during PACHC’s annual Conference and Clinical Summit October 7 – 9th  in Lancaster, PA. Lalley was one of two individuals to receive this year’s honor which recognizes health center employees across the Commonwealth who “produced a measurable impact on performance, productivity, quality or competitiveness” which shows potential for wider influence or replication on a larger scale. Lalley was nominated by Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) Leadership for her role as a member of its Change Management Committee and for contributing creative ideas and strategies which ultimately led to improvement in patient care, staff well-being and workflows.
