Sabrina Shander, CRNP, FNP-C moves to Hamlin Family Health Center

 Honesdale, PA (May 27, 2025) — Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) announces that Advanced Practice Provider Sabrina Shander, CRNP, FNP-C, will be transitioning from the Lake Ariel Family Health Center to the Hamlin Family Health Center effective May 29. She will treat patients age 3 to adult for primary care needs at the Hamlin site located at 543 Easton Turnpike.

Shander earned a Master of Science Degree / Family Nurse Practitioner from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Lackawanna College in Scranton, PA and an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Penn State University in Scranton. She first began her career as a Registered Nurse in 2010. Upon furthering her education, Shander served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at two other of WMCHC’s nine primary care offices – Highland Physicians Family Health Center and above-mentioned Lake Ariel Family Health Center.
