Located in northern Wayne County, the Northern Wayne Family Health Center offers primary care physician services and by appointment only blood draws, diabetes and nutrition counseling. Staffed by a board-certified family medicine physician the Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 10:30am to 7pm.

Wayne Memorial Hospital’s Radiology (x-ray and mammography), Laboratory (blood work), Home Health and Hospice Departments provide services at the Center. Women’s Health Care Center also offers ob/gyn physician services at the Pike county location. Hours for all services are Monday through Friday. Some evening hours for primary care. In addition, a General Surgeon and a Certified Nurse Midwife offer services by appointment. Wayne Memorial Hospital’s Radiology (x-ray) and Laboratory (blood work) Departments provide services on site. Open daily; physician services Monday/Tuesday/Friday 1pm – 5pm; Wednesday 12pm -7pm; Thursdays 8am-12pm.
