Our office is located in the Professional Building of the former Marian Community Hospital at 141 Salem Avenue. The practice offers adult primary, pediatric, infant and women’s health services to the greater Carbondale community. Staffed by board-certified physicians and certified physicians assistants, the office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Wednesday evening appointments and select Saturdays are also available.

Wayne Memorial Hospital’s Radiology (x-ray, mammography and bone density scans), Laboratory (blood work), Home Health and Hospice Departments provide services at the Center. Women’s Health Center also offers ob/gyn physician services at the Pike county location.
