Academy

Gift Planning
. Tom served as the second
Director of the National Planned Giving Institute and a member of its faculty
for 11 years. He is presently
serving a three-year term on the national board of the National Committee of
Planned Giving. He has earned degrees in
business and law from the
University
of
Nebraska
.
Mr. Cullinan's presentation will focus
on Facilitating the Estate Owner's Decisions, as well as, Case
Presentations Involving Taxable Estates.
The two-hour presentation will be
followed by a question and answer period, a cocktail reception and dinner. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October
4, 2006 at the Settlers Inn in
Hawley
,
PA
, with registration from 3:30
p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Program will begin at 4:00 p.m. and conclude at 6:30 p.m. The reception will be from 6:30 to 7:00 and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.
The Foundation has made application to the Pennsylvania Continuing
Legal Education Board for continuing education credits. The Foundation is licensed to provide
continuing education courses by the Pennsylvania
State Board of
Accountancy. The Program is designed for
and open to all members of the Wayne County
and Pike County Bar Association, local certified public accountants, financial
planners and bank trust officers. Please
