Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers offers federally-approved Pfizer, Moderna and Novavax COVID Vaccines—in adherence with guidelines set by the CDC. Individuals do not need to be a patient of WMCHC to receive the vaccine.

PFIZER AND MODERNA BIVALENT BOOSTER SHOTS  FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGE 12 OR OLDER ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR PUBLIC CLINICS IN HONESDALE AND LORDS VALLEY

You must be registered to make an appointment for the public clinic.  If you created a profile before, your registration will still be intact.

PEDIATRIC DOSES FOR CHILDREN 6 MONTHS  TO 11 YEARS OLD ARE ADMINISTERED AT OUR PEDIATRIC CENTERS ONLY — NOT AT PUBLIC CLINICS.

PRIMARY SERIES COVID -19 VACCINES AND BOOSTERS ARE AVAILABLE AT MOST OF OUR PRIMARY CARE OFFICES BY APPOINTMENT.
