340B Data Coordinator

Description:
Under direct supervision of Finance Director incumbent works as administrative assistant responsible for entering large quantities of statistical research data. Coordinates and manages data entry for 340B mandated data bases per HRSA and CDC registry guidelines. This includes but is not limited to data entry for all aspects of protocol management such as: screening for patient eligibility, data collection analysis and auditing to ensuring compliance, tracking and ensuring proper documentation. Verify the accuracy of the data, keep records of completed work, and maintain logs Participate in and develop process improvements. Maintains contracts and vendor relationships. Other routine clerical tasks as required including filing, copying, scanning, securing records, scheduling, etc. Directly communicates with all necessary parties. 340B pharmacy operation self-audits will be a key component of this role. Full-Time position, Monday-Friday. Competitive wages and generous benefits.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Must have fast and accurate data entry typing and computer skills, including Excel. Accounting experience preferred. Ability to sustain careful attention to detail for long periods of time. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven skill in organizing analyzing managing time setting priorities and meeting deadlines for multiple tasks. Demonstrated skill to be flexible and adapt to changes in priorities. Ability to collect and analyze data. Medical office and/or pharmacy experience required. Experience with 340B program preferred.

Certified Medical Assistant

Outreach Enrollment Coordinator

Description:
The Outreach Enrollment Coordinator (OE) is responsible to lead WMCHC’s efforts in educating and assisting individuals and the general public about the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The role is to help them understand and navigate the (ACA). After training the Coordinator will be engaged in educating the public discussing enrollment options teaching them about insurance options and mandates and assisting them with online insurance applications through the insurance exchange or individual carriers. Candidate will be required to navigate through online information and applications matching ACA options with consumer need.

Requirements:
High School graduate, college preferred, strong interpersonal skills, ability and confidence to speak in public. Candidate needs strong computer skills and cognitive ability to match individual consumer needs with ACA options. Position requires the highest standards of customer service. Full time, Monday through Friday.

Physician-Primary Care

Description:
Family Practice or Internal Medicine-Outpatient Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our position qualifies for loan repayment and waiver positions. We are a progressive, multi-specialty group with Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health sites throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our primary care practices are outpatient only business hours with one evening per week and one to two weekend (1/2 day shifts) per month. Call is limited to phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is GE Centricity which is fully integrated with the hospital system. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.

Requirements:
Candidate must have M.D. D.O. or foreign degree equivalent; have completed residency in family or internal medicine and be board certified or board eligible.

Psychiatrist

Description:
Wayne Memorial Community Heath Centers is seeking a Psychiatrist to treat adults and children in a medically underserved outpatient facility in Lords Valley (Hawley) Pennsylvania. Practice is in outpatient setting with weekday hours and possibly one evening per week. No call. Join our patient-focused, collaborative behavioral health practice, which is part of a progressive multi physician group with medical, dental, and behavioral health offices in Northeastern Pennsylvania. VA LPN Case Manager

Description:
Honesdales growing veterans Outpatient Clinic currently has an opening for an LPN case manager to provide outreach to medically complex veteran patients within the primary care setting. This candidate will provide task supervision of disease management and patient education for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension asthma COPD and/or other diagnosis as directed by the primary care provider/provider team. Promote effective teamwork, collaboration, and coordination across the care continuum. Knowledge of disease and case management principles and practices required. Experience in management of patients with chronic medical condition(s) preferred.

Requirements:
License to practice as a licensed professional nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania required. Five or more years of recent clinical experience in applicable discipline and knowledge of referral/test tracking and insurance based prior authorizations and pre-cert. principles required. Experience in the use of computer software applications required.
