Pre-registration is required. The Centers have vaccinated all in the government’s high-priority groups and are now able to offer their vaccine inventory to the public at no administrative or other charge. The clinics are as follows:

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a federally qualified health center, supported in part by funds from the U.S. government. WMCHC offers primary care, dental care, ob/gyn services and behavioral health. The Centers in Honesdale, Lakewood, Waymart and Lords Valley all accept private insurance and public assistance and offer a sliding fee for services based on income.
