(Honesdale, January 10, 2006)… The Mistletoe Ball Committee of the Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is urging people to come to this year’s event, set for January 21st at Ehrhardt’s on the Waterfront in Tafton. “Join in the fun—and in your community’s future,” said Ball Co-Chair Jennifer Hoff. “Funds raised from the Mistletoe go to the Hospital’s capital campaign, Operation Vital Signs,” she explained, “so you’re not just dancing the night away at the Mistletoe, you’re helping your community stay healthy with a vibrant healthcare system.” The Mistletoe Ball includes a cocktail hour, a sit-down dinner, dancing to the live band Shannon Breeze, and a silent auction. “We have vacation packages from Woodloch and Cove Haven, original paintings, yoga sessions and a whole lot more to bid on,” Hoff added. “You’ll have to come and see!” For information or tickets ($70 a person), call Hoff at (570) 253-8068.
