Regina Pidich, a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, recently joined internist Dr. Ravi Konidala on the staff of the Pike County Medical Center, a Wayne Memorial Health System outpatient site.
While both Dr. Konidala and Pidich offer primary care to patients of all ages, Pidich says she’s looking forward to putting her “special concerns” to work. “I am particularly interested in preventive medicine, education and women’s health issues,” she explains.
Pidich received her Master of Science Degree in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Her practice is expected to complement Dr. Konidala’s advanced training in geriatrics.
“Some patients prefer a female provider for certain concerns,” says Dr. Konidala, “and the addition of Regina to the staff will give patients a choice.”
