Click here for a larger view  “With much gratitude, I would like to present Wayne Memorial Hospital with this gift for all the help throughout the years.” With those words, Lisa Firmstone gave not only her heartfelt thanks to staffers at Wayne Memorial Hospital’s Cast Care Clinic, but concrete evidence: a framed and signed painting.  Firmstone, who has been painting and drawing for about five years, described her most recent visits to Wayne Memorial as “very positive.” The 36-year-old Honesdale resident fractured her wrist, but is well on the road to recovery. Her painting, an acrylic still life of strawberries, daisies and geraniums, will hang on a wall in the Cast Care Clinic. “It’s really very nice,” said one clinic staffer.
