(Honesdale, January 28, 2008)… Anesthesiologist David Kaplan, MD, and Radiologist Dalton Daniel, MD didn’t know each other before arriving at Wayne Memorial Hospital at the end of 2007, but both were impressed by what they found. Dr. Kaplan, who joined the group Honesdale Anesthesia, PC, provided vacation coverage at the Hospital last year and decided he wanted a fulltime position.

After several appointments in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Delaware, including teaching experience at Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Kaplan last worked as the Director of Anesthesia at a multi-specialty surgery center in Reading. Board-certified in Anesthesiology, he has co-authored numerous articles and presentations, including several on the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
