Sleigh bells ring, are you coming? It’s a “Winter Wonderland” theme for the 68th Annual Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Mistletoe Ball. Mark your calendar to join the merriment at Ehrhardt’s on the Waterfront in Tafton on Saturday night January 17th. There will be dancing to the music of a live band, Groove Train, butler-served hors d’oeuvres, a choice of entrees and a silent auction for items donated by local businesses. “We’ll also be celebrating the 75th Anniversary of ‘Winter Wonderland’ written by Honesdale native Richard Smith,” said Chairperson Mary Radell. “It will be a fun evening.” Proceeds from the Ball will help pay off the Auxiliary’s pledge to the Hospital’s capital campaign.
