Wayne Memorial Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Physical Therapy After injury or illness, physical therapy can help restore function and flexibility. Our trained therapists use the latest technology and equipment to serve children and adults, athletes and non-athletes. Our staff of seven occupational therapists and one occupational therapist assistant provides treatment at Wayne Memorial Hospital, outpatient facilities in Honesdale and Milford, long-term care facilities like Wayne Woodlands Manor, and in our patient's homes. Pulmonary Rehabilitation The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program meets twice a week for seven weeks and is designed for patients dealing with emphysema, chronic bronchitis and other lung diseases. Patients use the rowing machine, recumbent bike and treadmill while the Wayne Memorial staff monitors progress and gives pointers on how to get the most out of their reduced lung function Audiology Our audiologists can identify the best computerized, digital hearing device for your needs. |
