Wayne Woodlands Manor is committed to providing the very highest quality medical, restorative and rehabilitative resident care, thereby meeting the needs of the resident and the community. Using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach, we treat every individual with rehabilitative philosophy that strives to regain maximum health, function and quality of life. Each person is treated with dignity and respect and encouraged to be independent in thought and action.
Our facility is one of a handful of nursing homes in Pennsylvania practicing edenzation, the integration of everyday activities into the residents lives. We have pets, intergenerational programs, and opportunities for cooking, gardening and community volunteering.
Opportunities are provided for individuals to maintain their beliefs through pastoral care, on site services and quiet areas. We further believe that all caregivers are individually responsible to develop a nurturing, stimulating environment in which the resident can develop, nurture and sustain emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
Our clinical specialties include: Stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation and wound management, plus medically complex care, surgical rehabilitation, iv therapy and management, cardiac/vaccular recovery and pulmonary management.
