Dental Assistant/Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Description:
Full-time/Part-time days with limited evenings and Saturdays in a very busy multi-provider office. Candidate will perform the functions of a Dental Assistant/Expanded Function Dental Assistant under direct supervision of a dentist.

Requirements:
Dental Assistant: Must possess authorization from the State Board of Dentistry to perform dental radiographic procedures. Graduate of Dental Assisting program and experience preferred. EFDA: Successful completion of a state approved EFDA Associate Degree program and possess current PA EFDA certification. Experience preferred.

Information Systems Manager

Description:
Information Systems Manager for progressive fast growing medical group. Primary duties include growing implementing and managing various IT platforms in support of multispecialty physician and Dental practices. Coordinate perform and ensure quality and effective EHR programming development and implementation. Maintain system libraries and ensure proper database administration. Plan and ensure proper system version management for software and operating systems. Supervise and / or provide assistance as required to other IT Staff Support group as related to their responsibilities for the development and implementation of department specific systems. Training Oversight of all staff provider for EMR training and workflows. Manage and Design IT reporting systems for Quality initiatices such as Meaningful Use and Patient Centered Medical Home.

Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in programming capacity or the equivalent education (to include knowledge and use of 2 of the following: SQL .NET C# or a relational database system); Four years experience in operating environments including Windows Server VMWARE Citrix Windows Clients; Understanding and practical experience in system administration file management and system library functions; Requires effective communication with end users as it relates to operations of the hospital information system; BS in computer science information systems or its equivalent in education is required; Previous healthcare physician practice management EMR systems experience is preferred.

Physician-Primary Care

Description:
Family Practice or Internal Medicine-Outpatient Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our position qualifies for loan repayment and waiver positions. We are a progressive multi specialty group with nine medical sites one dental and one behavioral office in northeastern Pennsylvania. We are affiliated with Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our primary care practices are outpatient only business hours with one evening per week and one to two weekend (1/2 day shifts) per month. Call is limited to phone support. Inpatient service is provided by the systems hospitalist group. Candidates can follow their own inpatients if desired. EMR platform is GE Centricity which is fully integrated with the hospital system. Practice is in the process of seeking level III medical home certification.

Requirements:

WMCHC is growing multi disciplinary Community Health Center encompassing nine sites 35 physician and professional providers; 155 employees. We are seeking a manager for the Women’s Health and new Urgent care center. These two offices encompass 10 providers and 30 staff. Duties and responsibilities include hiring and supervision of staff, coordinating day to day schedules, development of policy and procedure, advancing growth and development of practices, integration of quality, PCMH procedures and protocol in to practice.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or relevant experience minimum of five year health care experience. Managerial experience Womens Health and or primary care/urgent Care experience preferred. Veterans preference applied

VA/Primary Care RN Case Manager

Description:
Working in new veterans Outpatient Clinic position manages through the nursing scope of practice transitions of care and outreach to medically complex veteran patients within the primary care setting. Delegates and refers to other team members and other internal or external resources as appropriate. Performs and provides task supervision of disease management and patient education for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension asthma COPD and/or other diagnosis as directed by the primary care provider/provider team. Promotes effective teamwork collaboration and coordination across the care continuum. Knowledge of disease and case management principles and practices required. Experience in management of patients with chronic medical condition(s) preferred.

Requirements:
License to practice as a registered professional nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania required. Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Five or more years of recent clinical experience in applicable discipline and knowledge of referral/test tracking and insurance based prior authorizations and pre-cert. principles required. Experience in the use of computer software applications specifically word-processing Excel and PowerPoint required.
